How it actually works
A modified peptide that disrupts the FOXO4-p53 interaction inside senescent cells. Those cells survive by sequestering p53; break the interaction and p53 relocates to the mitochondria and the cell dies. Healthy cells are largely unaffected because they are not depending on that interaction to stay alive.

No established dosing convention exists for this in people. The work behind it is animal and cell research, and human use is sporadic enough that no consistent pattern has formed in community reporting either. We are not publishing a ladder because there is not one to publish — this is the "nobody knows yet" case rather than the "we have not got to it" case. No human trials at all. The animal work is real and impressive, and the honest position is that this is a promising idea rather than a demonstrated result.
What people report, in full
FOXO4-DRI has an unusual profile: very high interest, very little first-hand experience. The 2017 mouse study is what everyone cites, and it is genuinely striking - old mice regrew fur and recovered kidney function. What follows in almost every thread is someone pointing out that mice are not people and that the human trial has never been run. The people who have used it describe an intermittent approach - a few doses, then a long gap, following the animal protocol's logic that you clear cells and then leave them alone - rather than anything continuous. Cost comes up constantly, and so does purity, because it is one of the more expensive things in the category and correspondingly attractive to fake. The community's own summary is fair: the most interesting idea in the space, and the thinnest human record.
